Where can I buy tickets?

When will tickets go on sale?

Friday September 22 at 9am PST 


What are the tiers of passes?


Will my 3-day festival pass get me access to the marketplace and bazaar? 

Yes, but note that both the Marketplace on Main and Bazaar on Broadway are 21+. All other areas of the festival are all ages. 


Does the $75 ticket guarantee me access to all of the shows?

All venues within LA3C are on a first come, first serve basis, based on venue capacity.  In order to ensure your spot, we recommend getting to the theater of your choice early for any show you want to make sure you can see.


Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, through our ticketing platform TIXR. 


Is the festival all ages?  

All ages are welcome at the LA3C theaters, while all outdoor areas (Bazaar on Broadway and Marketplace on Main) are 21+.


Do I need to buy tickets for children? 

Children under the age of 2 are welcome to come to the festival under their guardian’s ticket. Those over the age of 2 have to have their own tickets.


Can I get a refund? 

No


Is there a wristband? 

Tickets will be delivered digitally. Once you arrive on site, you can pick up your credentials at the box office.


Can I resell my ticket within the ticketing platform? 

No, TIXR does not offer support for reselling of tickets within their platform.


Can I upgrade my ticket? 

Tickets will be able to be upgraded on-site based on availability


Are single day passes available? 

No, single day passes are not available for purchase.

HOW TO FEST:


Where is the festival located? 

The festival is located in the historic core of DTLA, between Broadway and Main Streets, and includes the Ace Theater Downtown Los Angeles, Upstairs at the Ace, the Palace Theatre , The Los Angeles Theater and the Orpheum Theatre as venues. 


Where can I find a map of the festival? 

A map of the festival will be available on our website in the coming weeks.


How do I enter the festival? 

Entry will depend on the part of the festival you’re looking to access. All entrances and exits will be marked on the festival map to be released in the coming weeks.


When will the schedule be released?

The schedule will be released Friday Sept 22nd. The schedule is subject to change, so please check in closer to the festival date to note any changes.


What are the hours of the festival?

Outdoor areas will be open from 2PM to 10PM every day. VIP pass holders will be able to enter the Marketplace on Main at 2 PM.


Each theater has its own opening and closing times depending on the night. Please refer to the schedule page for individual times.


Will I be able to see all of the shows?
All venues have limited capacity. Seating for shows will be on a first come, first serve basis. 


When can I line up at a venue to get seats for a show? 

You can line up at the venues no earlier than 1 hour before doors for a show.


Will there be a festival parking lot?

No official lot, but there are paid lots and street parking available nearby. We also highly recommend public transportation. The closest LA Metro station is the 7th Street / Metro Center and the festival is only three blocks away from that stop.


Will there be designated ride-sharing pickup and drop off locations?

More information will be released closer to the festival date.


Will there be separate entrances and exits, parking accommodations, 

pickups, etc for Grand Voyager pass holders?

There will be separate entrances and exits at the Marketplace on Main, but no separate parking accommodations.

Will there be any hotel accommodations recommended for guests?

We recommend staying with our festival partner Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. You can book directly using the code LA3CFEST23 for a special festival discount on your stay.

Will there be any shuttle services provided?

No


Are the theaters ADA-accessible? 

Yes 


What is your bag policy? 

No large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12” x 12”) will be allowed on-site.


What is NOT allowed to bring to the festival?

NO Aerosol products/cans

NO Balls or Frisbees

NO Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, swat, fire, security, or medical)

NO Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys

NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia

NO Gas masks

NO Glass, cans, cups or coolers

NO Helium balloons

NO Hula hoops — including LED hoops

NO Illegal substances

NO Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12” x 12”)

NO Laser pointers and air horns

NO LED poi and orbitals — guidelines vary per venue

NO Markers, pens or spray paint

NO Massagers

NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)

NO Pacifiers

NO Pets

NO Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

NO colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers

NO Stickers, flyers

NO Tents, large umbrellas, chairs or blankets

NO Toy guns, water guns, slingshots

NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

NO Wind chairs/sofas


Will guests be allowed to bring in professional cameras?

Professional photo, video or audio recording equipment (ones with detachable lens, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs) will not be allowed on-site.


Will the festival accept cash? 

All food and beverage will be cashless. Please remember to bring your debit or credit cards.


Can I leave and reenter the festival the same day? 

Re-entry will be allowed at each of the individual spaces of the festival subject to capacity. If you leave a theater or an outdoor area, you will need to line up again if there is a line in order to re-enter.


Will there be areas to charge portable devices?

Nothing specific for portable devices


Will there be a lost and found?

Yes. More information will come closer to the festival.


Will there be lockers?

No


Will there be medical services on site?

Yes. Exact location for medical services will be released closer to festival date.

Are there vegan options in the marketplace?

Yes 


Can I bring my water bottle?

Empty water bottles will be permitted.


Is outside food and drink allowed?

No outside food or drinks permitted. 


Will there be exceptions made on outside food and drinks for guests with dietary/medical restrictions?
