TICKETS

What ticket types are available?

You can review ticket types here.

Are refunds available?

LA3C tickets are non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend the festival, you will have the opportunity to resell your tickets through Lyte, an authorized LA3C ticketing partner.

Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund.

In the event that LA3C must be postponed, rescheduled or canceled, please stay tuned to this website, our social media and your email inbox for communication regarding refund options.

Please consult our Terms of Sale for further information.

Can I exchange my weekend ticket for a single day ticket?

No, downgrading your ticket is not possible through LA3C. All sales are final. Upgrading to a higher value ticket (for example, from single day to weekend or GA to VIP), is possible, subject to availability, via Front Gate Tickets customer support here.

If your plans have changed, the Official Lyte Fan-to-Fan Exchange is the place to exchange tickets for LA3C. For more information on the Fan-to-Fan Exchange please reach out to Lyte or Lyte support here.

Please consult our Terms of Sale for further information.

Can I resell my ticket?

If your plans change and you need to sell your ticket, our Fan-to-Fan Exchange  (Private Exchange) powered by Lyte gives you the opportunity to sell your ticket directly to a friend or another fan. The Fan-to-Fan Exchange ensures authenticity for buyers and provides security for sellers.

Simply set your price, obtain a unique link via Lyte’s Fan-to-Fan Exchange and use it to sell your ticket. Because Lyte is partnered with the event, the buyer will be issued a new barcode that is 100% authentic and guaranteed to work at the door.

If your ticket type has sold out, you also have the option to join the waitlist to sell your ticket directly back to Lyte. If there is demand for your ticket type, Lyte will make you an offer—sometimes more and sometimes less than you paid, depending on demand for tickets. Once Lyte receives a request for your ticket type, they will purchase your ticket to make it available to another fan.

All resale and returned tickets are paid out within three business day after the festival via Paypal.

The ticket type I want is sold out. What should I do?

Join the waitlist! Visit Lyte to request the ticket you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit card.

Once Lyte gets a ticket you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees. View or cancel your request at any time before it is fulfilled. Tickets will be delivered to you by Front Gate Tickets, LA3C’s primary ticketing partner.

Why are the prices sometimes higher than face value on the Fan-To-Fan Exchange?

Lyte prices are based on fair market value and may be higher than original prices if there are significantly more requests than tickets. However, Lyte’s prices are always lower than third-party websites. Lyte’s goal is to provide fans the best value option available for sold-out shows at the time of their return or request. To do that, Lyte takes into account supply (returns), demand (requests), and the prices on the secondary market and then provides the most competitive price for both sellers and buyers.

Have questions about buying or selling via Lyte?

Please contact Lyte here or visit their support page here.

How does the layaway payment plan work?

The layaway plan includes a down payment at the time of purchase and subsequent payments until the ticket is fully paid off. The down payment and subsequent amounts are based on the date of purchase, the number of payments and the number of tickets purchased.

Ticket prices include a layaway fee, termination fees and taxes.

Defaulting on payments may result in cancellation of your order and the loss of a termination fee. You will be granted a 10-day grace period from each scheduled payment date to process any missed payments, and instructions will be emailed from Front Gate Tickets to do so. If your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the payment due date, your order may be cancelled and you will forfeit the termination fee in addition to the layaway fee.

Layaway is no longer available. November 8 was the last day to take advantage of a payment plan.

Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

No, LA3C festival tickets are sold exclusively online.

Will I be able to buy tickets at the event?

Tickets can be purchased at any time via LA3C’s authorized partners until they are sold out. Tickets will NOT be sold at the box office. If tickets are still available on the day of the event, you’ll be directed to make your purchase online.

What if I have a question about my order?

If you need help with any aspect of your order, please reach out to the LA3C ticketing partner you purchased your ticket through and their customer service team will offer assistance. Front Gate Tickets can be reached here. You can reach Lyte here.

I bought tickets from a "friend" / scalper / third party. How can I verify the ticket is legitimate?

We can only guarantee tickets purchased through the festival from our authorized ticket partners, Front Gate Tickets and Lyte.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

You can request an upgrade to your ticket type by reaching out to Front Gate Tickets for assistance here. Please note, upgrades are subject to availability.

What do I need to bring with me for Will Call pick up?

Will Call will be located in the box office. Please bring your ticket order confirmation and a government-issued ID that matches the name on the order. Without these items, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued.

Go Metro and take the L Line (Gold) to Chinatown Station. Plan your trip on the Transit app or call 323.GO.METRO.

Pay Before You Board

  • Save time and skip the line! Download the TAP App or load your TAP card with round-trip fare before the game and avoid long lines at TAP vending machines after the concert
  • Round Trip – $3.50 (includes transfers to other Metro lines for up to 2 hours to complete a one-way trip)
  • Day Pass – $7

Tap Your Card on the Turnstile or Validator When Boarding or Transferring

LA State Historic Park can also be reached via Metro Bike Share. A one-way trip is just $1.75 for every 30 minutes. Passes can be purchased online, through taptogo.net, in the Metro Bike Share app or at any Metro Bike Share kiosk.  The closest stations to LA State Historic Park are at Spring & College and Hill & College.

We also recommend ride share via Lyft or Uber.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY

Is the festival ADA accessible?

LA3C is an accessible event. The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on natural terrain with primarily grass, but also sections with dirt and loose gravel. There are accessible routes, some being gravel, connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, ADA viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are permitted to be brought into the event as well. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.

We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

Will there be ADA parking?

There is no onsite parking for this event. There is very limited publicly accessible parking available near the festival on a first-come, first-served basis to vehicles displaying a state-issued handicapped plate or placard. Once this limited parking is full, free street parking and paid private lots are available nearby, however, public transportation and rideshare options are strongly encouraged.

What are the best options for getting to the event?

Designated rideshare/loading/unloading zones will be located near the festival entrance. Guests with disabilities may be dropped off near the festival entrance off North Spring Street & North of College Street. Guests with disabilities may be picked up at the corner of Alpine Street & N Alameda Street.

The Metro’s Gold Line Chinatown Station is a short distance from LA State Park. For more information on The Metro and to find the nearest stop near you, please visit their website here. Metro strives to ensure that its services (including over 200 bus and rail routes) are fully accessible to all of our customers, including those with disabilities. More information on this can be found here.

Will there be an ADA entrance?

There will be a designated ADA entry lane, shared with VIP, located at the intersection of N Spring St and Sotello St. Disabled guests may use these lanes to safely enter the venue. After using the ADA entry, please visit the Accessibility Services Hub immediately after so that you can keep using the ADA entry for the following show days.

Who can help me with accessibility at the festival?

Attendees wishing to utilize accessibility services at the event will be required to wear an ADA wristband credential. The ADA wristband credential may be obtained at our Accessibility Services Hub, which will be conveniently located inside the venue.

There is no ADA pre-registration before the event – this is all done onsite at the event. The exact location of the Accessibility Services Hub will be labeled on the event map when it is released. At this location, you can:

  • Get your ADA wristband credential
  • Get your ADA questions answered
  • Learn about our accessibility services

Wristband Policies:

  • If you have a two-day ticket, ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend
  • DO NOT remove your wristband for the entire duration of the event
  • One companion wristband will be issued for each disabled patron (exceptions will be made for families with young children)
  • If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued

Does the festival offer accessible viewing areas?

  • Patrons may not save spots
  • Do not block the view of the guests behind you

Does the festival offer accessible restrooms?

Accessible restrooms are available. Please ask any of our customer service helpers to direct you.

Does the festival allow service animals?

Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.

The following guidelines must be followed:

  • All service animals must be registered with the ADA department upon entry into the event
  • All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls
  • Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area
  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal
  • All service animals should have legally required vaccinations (which ADA staff may ask to see for verification)

We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re inside the event, as vehicles without air conditioning on may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.
